4 Hours minimum: $350 per hour

All day for $3,000 flat rate (9:00am to midnight)

Extra hour: $180 | After Midnight: $200

Up to 65 additional guest fee $30

• $300 damage deposit. Providing there is no damage this fee will be refunded within 3 days.

• At the time of booking you must pay a deposit of 50% of the rental value. The balance must be paid 7 days before the event.

The final balance of the room rental must be paid one day before the event.

Liquor License Requirement

If client wishes to serve alcohol to their guests at no charge, no liquor license is required.
